Here are some of the projects I've worked on.
Some of them are private and cannot be shared, but all of them were created by me or my team and designed to solve real-world problems.

Inventory Receiving and Fulfillment Improvement (C‑Vision)

Revamped C‑Vision's inventory receiving and fulfillment process, drastically reducing the time required for order processing. By integrating digital waybills, packing lists, and real-time scanning, we achieved a threefold increase in efficiency. The system ensures accurate order matching and speeds up sorting, significantly saving time and effort.
The system was developed for Windows using C# .NET and SQL Server, featuring bi-directional integration with Priority ERP.

vFeed - Herd Feeding System

vFeed is a web and mobile application that helps farmers manage their herd feeding operations. Built with Flutter (mobile) and Vue.js (web), it features offline/online synchronization for reliable operation in remote areas. The mobile app integrates with tractor weight scales for automated feed measurement.

SOFI - SOC Management Toolset

Designed and developed a Python/React toolset for the System Operations Center (SOC) of a robotic fulfillment solution. These tools increased ticket resolution speed by 80% and enabled 50% more issues to be resolved remotely - resulting in significant cost savings for the company, who operates many such robotic centers.

Jerusalem Light Train - City traffic priority

Developed a SCADA system for the Jerusalem Light Train that manages traffic light priority, creating "green waves" for trains across the city. The system monitors train locations and junction status in real-time, connecting 100 traffic junctions. Built with Xenon SCADA (.NET), and SQL Server.

Fulfillment Improvement (Lexar)

A Lexar manufacturer was struggling with their fulfillment process as order volume grew to 5000+ daily orders. I was brought in to optimize their operations and quality control processes. Within days, we eliminated the order backlog through improved carrier integration and implementing automated scale-based quality control measures. These changes enabled them to exceed their targets while reducing operational costs and maintaining compliance with major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Walgreens.
